This is the 22nd installment of Eat Each Sandwich Challenge (#2013eateachsandwich) – time to move on to the Just4Kids sandwiches (are you wondering when I’m going to be brave enough to eat the Caprese? given that I don’t like fresh basil? me too…)
Thus far, I’ve had…
- Hawaiian BBQ
- Italian
- Ham ‘n’ Swiss
- The All American
- Cannonballs!
- The Original 1762(r)
- Chicken Pesto Pomodoro
- The Full Montagu
- The Best BLT
- The Cuban
- Chicken Chipotle Avocado
- Tuna Melt
- Holiday Turkey
- Ham, Cheddar & Egg
- Breakfast BLT
- The Earl’s Club
- Caribbean Jerk Chicken
- Bacon, Egg & Cheddar breakfast
- Ham & Swiss breakfast
- Egg & Cheddar breakfast
- BBQ Pork
Today’s sandwich, the Just4Kids Pizza Sandwich is fairly simple – a small Earl of Sandwich roll, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Very simple construct. Very tasty sandwich.
I’ve already talked about how good the Earl of Sandwich marinara sauce is (see the Cannonballs! Sandwich review). This was very very good. Not too spicy for smaller taste buds, a good balance of salt from the sauce and umami from the cheese.
Definitely a sandwich that I’d order again when I want something smaller and lower in calories than the meatball sandwich (wonder if they would make me a grown-up pizza sandwich? just saying…)
Remaining…
- Caprese
- Grilled Cheese just4kids
- Turkey ‘n’ Swiss just4kids
- Seasonal Special – Avocado BLT
- Seasonal Special – Pastrami Reuben

I would like that! And I would share the caprese one with you and most of the basil. I also find basil a tad overwhelming. When I have a recipe that calls for it, I use as little as possible. And the stuff likes to grow for me too. Even a caprese, I use very very little. I also don’t like oregano or cliantro!

[…] Just4Kids Pizza Sandwich review… I really liked this one (no surprise because I really like the Earl of Sandwich’s marinara sauce), I even had it one morning recently with egg (hey! I like ketchup on my scrambled eggs sometimes) […]
